The Hoops for Hunger Program was designed in partnership with the Lakeland Magic and The Mosaic Company to help raise money to provide meals to local children in need. For every three-point shot made by the Magic at the RP Funding Center during the 2021-22 season, Mosaic will be donating $200 to the program. Last season, Mosaic donated $50,100 through the program and we look to expand upon that this season. Follow along as we track the number of three-point shots made and dollars donated by the Hoops for Hunger program this year.

Mosaic’s mission is to help the world grow the food it needs by providing the crop nutrition products that farmers need. Locally, Mosaic has worked closely with KidsPACK and One More Child to fulfill that mission. KidsPACK and One More Child are non-profits that provide meals to kids in need in order to decrease the food insecurity that our students at Polk County Public Schools face.
