The Lakeland Magic unveil new NIKE uniforms today as part of an eight-year global merchandising and marketing partnership as the official on court apparel provider for the NBA G League.

The G League logo is included on the left chest and back neckline of the jerseys as well as the right hip of the shorts. Team-colored neck trim and side inserts highlight the unique identities of the Lakeland Magic brand, while paying tribute to the NBA parent team, Orlando Magic.

G League jersey’s display a unified look with the parent club player name and number fonts from the NBA parent team’s uniform, with the shorts also featuring the NBA team’s logo on the left side – opposite the NBA G League team logo positioned on the right. Home jerseys will feature the team’s Founding Partner RP Funding and Away jerseys will feature presenting partner HomeValue.com.

The new uniforms were created with special attention to agility and range of motion. The most significant design advancements are to the scapula line of the jerseys, where Nike designers altered the construction for a vastly improved fit. Additionally, the hemlines on the bottom of the shorts were modified to allow for greater range of motion.

The Lakeland Magic will debut the new Nike uniforms during the inaugural 2017-18 season. Replica jerseys go on sale in November on NBAGLeagueStore.com.
